Brush your teeth.

Load gel inside the tray (see video opposite).

Ensure gel is on front surface of teeth when tray is place in mouth.

Place tray over teeth and gently press to move gel over the front surface of teeth.

Remove any excess gel with clean finger, tissue or soft toothbrush.

Gently rinse with water. DO NOT SWALLOW.

Recommended wear time is 2 hours for Day Whitening and 6-10 hours for Night Whitening.

When finished, clean teeth and tray with soft toothbrush and cool water.  

DO NOT SWALLOW WHITENING GEL.

Retain tray for next whitening session.
