Routine Appointment Changes

We remain OPEN and are accepting bookings for routine check-up and hygienist appointments.  We  have implemented a lot of COVID-19 safety measures and these will remain in force for the foreseeable future.

To comply with social distancing and restrictions surrounding AGP (aerosol generating procedures) our appointment book has been completely restructured.  The number of appointments we can offer is restricted and afternoons are reserved for treatment appointments.  We may also need to split examination with hygienist appointments into separate appointments.

Hygienist Appointments

The AGP restrictions have really affected the hygienist service, they are unable to routinely use ultrasonic scalers (that spray water) or air polishers at the moment.  Until restrictions on AGP are relaxed, the hygienist service will be as follows :

​

• Full Hand scale and polish

• Oral hygiene instruction and demonstration of oral health products

• Fee for this treatment will be £54 (applies to non Denplan patients)

Family Appointments

Only 1 child and 1 parent will be permitted in the Practice at one time.  Any other family members will have to wait in the car.  

​

If you are happy with these changes and would like to rebook your appointment please contact our reception team on 0161 439 2048.  

​

We also ask that you don't attend the Practice without an appointment.  Whilst it will be lovely to see you, we have to control movement within the Practice and so our entrance will be locked at all times.

​

We will continue to prioritise urgent problems, so if you have a dental issue that requires attention please do not hesitate to contact us.
