We are now offering emergency and routine appointments. Thank you for your patience as we try to get everyone who had appointments cancelled during lockdown seen as safely and promptly as we can.
To comply with social distancing measures and restrictions surrounding AGP (aerosol generating procedures) our appointment book has been completely restructured. The number of appointments each day is restricted and afternoons are reserved for treatment appointments.
You must not attend an appointment if you or any of your household :
have tested positive for Covid-19
are waiting for a Covid-19 test or the results of one
have a new continuous cough
have a temperature or fever
experiencing a loss or change to smell or taste
are self isolating or in quarantine following a trip abroad
Until restrictions on AGP are relaxed, the hygienist service we will be offering is as follows :
Hand scale and polish
Oral hygiene instruction and demonstration of oral health products
Unfortunately, the hygienists are unable to use ultrasonic scalers and air polishers at the moment.
The fee for this hygienist appointment will be £54 (does not apply for Denplan patients).
Only 1 child and 1 parent will be permitted in Practice at one time. Any other family members will have to wait in the car.
Pre-booked Appointments between September and December
If you booked an appointment 6 months ago for September-December, we may need to reschedule it. This is due to the changes in our appointment book structure. We will contact you if this affects your appointment.
Booking your next routine appointment
We don't know when our appointment structure can return to normal, so we are not pre-booking appointments for 6 months time. We will make these for you nearer the time and you will receive an appointment by email or telephone.

We also ask that you don't attend the Practice without an appointment. Whilst it will be lovely to see you, we have to control movement within the Practice and so our entrance will be locked at all times.
