COVID-19

Our COVID-19 measures have been working really well since we reopened in June 2020 and for the safety and reassurance of our vulnerable patients these will continue for the foreseeable future : 

  • All staff are fully vaccinated and wear appropriate PPE at all times throughout the Practice.

  • All patients must complete a pre-appointment health screen before attending.  Therefore, you must not attend an appointment if you :

  • have tested positive for Covid-19

  • are waiting for a Covid-19 test or the results of one

  • are required to self isolate

  • have a new continuous cough, high temperature/fever or experiencing a loss/change to smell or taste.

  • If you are experiencing any other cold like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose etc.) we request that you take a lateral flow test on the morning of your appointment.  If the result is negative you are welcome to attend your appointment.

  • We continue to operate a "locked door" policy.  All patients are asked to wait for their appointment outside in the car park.

  • Reception is fully operational, so you may pay and make new appointments at the desk.

  • We do request that a face covering is worn (unless exempt) whilst moving between surgery and reception area.

As the entrance door is locked please don't attend the Practice without an appointment.  Appointments can be made by contacting our reception team on 0161 439 2048.

We endeavour to reserve an emergency appointment each day for registered patients.  So, if you have a dental issue that requires attention don't delay in contacting us on 0161 439 2048
