Not too much to report this week but big congratulations to Mike and Af on the baby news.
Additional Uniforms
If you have ordered additional scrubs, I propose to deduct the cost of these from your September wages. If anyone would prefer to pay separately please let me know before 29/9/21.
Covid Screening at door
Just to quicken the process up, you don't need to ask patients if they have completed the form online etc. Just run through the questions briefly ie Are you feeling fit and well ?, Not experiencing any COVID symptoms ?
Patient Processing at Reception
Ask patient to wear mask if they have brought one. If they don't have one and are just going to the desk briefly to pay etc. you don't need to give them a mask. Reception staff are protected by the screens. If patient is seated in waiting room then they should be provided with a mask.
The reminder email has been amended to specifically ask patients to bring a face covering.
CN Weds Afternoons
Wednesday afternoons have been opened for Chris up to Xmas. These are for TREATMENT ONLY, and marked as such in the appointment book. Please do not book any routine appointments in these slots even if you are struggling to find alternatives !
