Patient Portal Pre-screen Forms
The exact pre-screen forms accessed via the portal have been updated for the new criteria and now reflect our internal screening form.
Appointment Reminders
We've had a few treatment FTAs recently which is really frustrating seeing as we are currently booking into March. Therefore, all treatment appointments are to have a telephone reminder the day before. Follow up with a text if a voicemail message has been left.
Xmas Sessions
Just to confirm that telephone lines will be switched on from 8:30 am on Xmas Eve, Wed 29/12 and Fri 31/12. So, everyone needs to be at work by 8:30 am. Appointments will start at 9am.
Decon
Trays and lining paper now in decon drawers and spare materials are back in surgeries.
Chris' spare garrison clamps are in the red garrison box in the surgery drawer (where fuji is stored)
