Weekly Round Up 23/06/2022
Hi! Just a quick round up this week.
Following on from the meeting last week, we now have a Clinipad available on reception to pick up the medical histories of the patients that are unable to complete the portal. We are still encouraging patients to complete the portal whenever possible. There is also an option for the patient to read and sign their estimates on the Clinipad if required.
There is now another smoke alarm fitted in the cellar, middle of the first room- next to the CO2 detector. This needs checking weekly with the other one in the hall.
Can we also check and clean the water cooler drip tray weekly? I have added this to the weekly jobs on the reception log.
And finally, please can the surgical trolley, in the hall- by the kitchen, get a thorough wipe down every week as it gets very dusty. I have added this to the weekly tasks on the decon log sheet.
