Weekly Round Up - 11/11/2021
It was a lovey evening yesterday wishing Ashley all the best for the next few weeks.
Chris & the positive PCR Test
All of the patients have now been rearranged. Diaries have been extended Tues, Wed, Thurs until 6pm to accomodate as many treatments as possible. Thank you to everyone who has agreed to work the extra hour. At the moment we have managed to accommodate everyone in these slots without having to open any Saturdays.
The rota's will change slightly to share this hour around. Any issues please let Michelle know asap.
Holiday Request Sheet
The holiday request sheet has had a make-over. There is now a sheet for each Month, and hopefully it will make it easier to see if others have booked/requested the same dates.
There are already a number of weeks for 2022 requested & confirmed so please get your request in early.
Record Keeping Audit
An examination record keeping audit has been completed and a hygienist one is currently underway. The main issue found so far is with Medical History recording.
Portal - if patients have completed portal please make sure the REVIEWED button on the medical history tab is clicked. Clinical notes should state "Medical History updated via portal & reviewed"
Verbal - UPDATE button on medical history should be clicked. Clinical notes should state "Medical History checked verbally - <no changes or updated>
FTR List
